I like this Ian. I've always thought some long-exposure shots at several of the locations you've visted would be great - looks like you're already well on the way! Nice shot.
I've lived on the River Murray for the last 33 years or so and I enjoy looking at your approach to this subject. You have added some life to a dying icon.
My only Nit - Pic is the coffee gray dull water coming over the weir magically turning into the amazing colour of the river going down stream.
after 33 years I'm surprised you don't say the water is running the wrong way gary; yep, i have rotated the file
there is a bit of a run in the old gully so there is a lot of form and that is what made this one work better

water moves pretty slowly out here Tim so nd filters are not that handy. I real bought NDs for leaves and grass movement but there isn't much long grass out here either lol
