I like the context with the wren backed up against the bark.
The cropping looks ok and the exposure and focus seem fine.
Birds usually look better when they have good eye contact with you.

Technically looks fine and just enough contrast between the bird and bark so she doesn't let lost. Although I keep getting distracted by the lovely textures in the tree.
