Steve, its a fine image with potential, the contrasting pastel colours of the BG and the flower really gel well. The bokeh and background are perfect. The DOF needs attention, the front petal is outside the DOF and hits the viewer immediately and acts as a visual block, the sharp stama (spelling?) almost rescues it. The framing of the image is classic, however a crop to place the flower in teh top right 3rd intersection and using the leaves and darkeness on teh bottom left as a separation into thirds could well make a stronger composition.

No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.

This has had a little bit of interest so i won't let it die off just yet. One more go.

Gerry - 7/10. The trees up the top are a bit distracting and i think cropping them out would improve it.

Tatts 8/10 I really like it but the top right hand corner could do a bit of of crop the some of the black in the center maybe you could clone the bokeh in some of those areas

but its dreamy I love this it keep me look at it for a long time.

I put this in snapshot and thought I would see what you really think

I think it is OK - but there does not appear to be any focal point - and quite some OOF areas.
