On a previous return I took a picture a bit earlier and you see a bright red line and the curvature of the earth. Beautiful.

I thought I better straighten the horizon for Isac but then there wouldn't be enough picture left over. Besides it has a sort of abstract quality I thought. We will be in Oz until the end of November.

The hoizon heading downards means you are heading upwards Hans. Best to be that way when taking off!
