    That's very good.

I was just outside looking at it, but thought about bed rather than photography. Very nice lens

    Thanks for recording/sharing it

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

        Thanks Alan and Isac.

The last time I did this I did it handheld, even though the stabilisation on this lens is very good, this shot on a tripod is sharper.
        Cheers, Brad.

I've done all of my moon shots handheld so a tripod next time for me to see the difference. I only shoot the moon with my Canon SX-50 as it gets nice and close, better than the siggy 150-500!

Will be interesting to hear if you can see the difference in your shots Isac.
            Cheers, Brad.

There's a full moon tonight (8:05pm WA time) so I'll take both cameras out an "shoot the moon" - and see what the differences are. I'll have the siggy on the tripod and the SX-50 on the Joby with 2 second timer on both. I hope the siggy wins simply because it COSTALOTMORE.
