Lunar Eclipse TONIGHT

I expect to see lots of photos here in the NIGHT TIME section.
I'll be using my Canon SX-50 and NOT my DSLR with the Siggy 500.

Same here in Perth Alan but it should show through the clear bits. Our eclipse would have already started when the moon rises but where you are, you will see it all (if the clouds let you).

Great stuff Alan.
Clouds went here as well and I could only get a couple of shots worth looking at - not the best but they'll have to do. No more for 500 years.

500 years?! Glad I saw it this time

My tele shots were a bit blurry too Alan. Very difficult to get a good shot because there wasn't a lot of contrast to get a good focus and it's movement is a pain when zoomed in. I'm sure others got a few goodies though.
