Moonrise

We had heavy cloud the night of the blood moon but last night driving to shoot the fireworks the moon looked like a big round of yellow cheese.

Impressive, the blues and yellows...touch of star burst and great reflections, you'd have to be happy with that?

"We went to the Festival last night as well...Didn't take the camera, not even my phone!! They were quiet slow to start with but finished on a high note.
Where we were standing the moon made a nice backdrop...kicking myself now...it happens!!"

Thanks Gaz and Greg. Haven't been the mardi gras part yet Gaz. We were just saying we don't miss having to take the boys down and watch the battle of the bands (one son was a drummer) have stuck to Spinnaker park for shots across the creek.
