No it's a different Ladybird, the Aphids attracted a large number of Ladybirds and Hoverflies.

I sometimes get impatient and spray them with soapy water.

I'll only spray Aphids with soapy water if there are no Ladybirds or Hoverflies present otherwise I let the predators sort them out.
