Well taken on the move eaglem. I just ran it through Topaz Noise Reduction and I was amazed at the result. I think it's a Hoverfly

I only did it to satisfy my curiosity. It was hard to determine if the effect was actually noise or not. It's a cool effect as it is - sort of a dappled look. Topaz worked so I'll call it "Noise"
