  • Some backyard wildlife from this morning

    I found an insect while picking beans, so went and picked up the camera had had a wander around. This is more insects and spiders than I've seen for quite a while.

    Great collection Alan do you use a tripod while scavenging in your yard?
    Better a full bottle in front of me
    than a full frontal lobotomy.

      Thanks Hans. No tripod for these - all handheld with flash. I have used a tripod with stationary subjects but find handheld with the flash works well, although it takes a few shots to get a couple in focus.

    Lovely images a bit different for you to show here Alan. Nice detail and colour. Not overcooked with the flash, so well done.

    Nice lot of shots as I enjoyed doing this sort of thing before I just couldn't get down to many of them.
