  • Jumping Spider

I found this little fellow on my beans this morning. I hope he brings his friends to eat some of the grubs that I'm finding.

Both with D800 and Sigma 150mm macro.

No 2 is a compelling picture. Doesn't it show an amazing awareness of you. As for grubs I'm discarding lots of tomatoes and had a cow demolish a plant

Sad about your tomatoes. Is the milk any better after the cow ate the plant?

Thanks Hans. It did seem to be watching me at that point. Sounds like the cow got rid of the grubs on one plant anyway.

Have only just started getting tomatoes off the plant She was responsible fot the loss of about 20. No big deal but that was more than what I managed last year. This year much better after my winning war with the roly polies.

Lovely find and well photographed Alan. They're amazing little creatures and so full of character.
