Super action shot Kevin! Well done, good detail, nice and close. Easy to get rid of noise in PS or try this freebie, it's my go-to for noise reduction. It's a Photoshop Plug-In called Boundary Noise Reduction by Colormancer. Download HERE - unzip and copy the Freeware Boundary Noise Reduction 2 x64.8bf file to the C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2020\Plug-ins\ folder. When you restart PS it will be in the Filters Menu. I tried it on your image and it worked perfectly!
