Looks like a "Orange Flame Skimmer Dragonfly". They are native to North America and I don't know if they are in Australia, so it may be something else. Great capture Kevin! Colours are brilliant! and nice and sharp. I had to flipp it vertically to get a better view of it but still don't know if it's the skimmer.
