  • Accidental Macro

I was out with our local bird group on Sunday morning.
We stopped in a lawn covered area with a few benches and good shade.
I noticed a small gully and went to have a look.
The photo's I posted were not planned and I know my Canon SX70 has a macro setting and I have tried to use it a few times with no luck.
When I seen these Bee's i snapped off a few shot not really planning to get anything of use.
To mu total surprise I manager to get some.
The single bee shot is the full shot and the one with 4 has been cropped.

    Good result Arthur. Great clarity.
Can you turn down the highlights on the wings in #1?

Lovely shots Arthur. Bees are really cool as subjects to photograph. Well done mate.

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.
