Outlandish looking thing, perfectly camouflaged on the spent butterfly bush flowers.

However odd the appearance nature has another form for every space.

    Odd is natural.

Mother Wasp ... A rare event in my experience, to see this mother lay her egg into the Orange-tail Resin Bee’s nest.

What a fantastic collection of images. You just can't imagine something eating them.

Very nice Mark. The egg laying is a special capture.
In terms of the images alone, the first wasp is the strongest image I think. The pose, the detail all spot on.

Up to your usual world class standard Mark. a great series presented in high definition and worthy of all the accolades that come your way. I have lingered over every image and enjoyed them all immensely. TFS
