    Partial Solar eclipse yesterday (UK & Europe)

    The best of the bunch, as later the sun was covered in light clouds.

    The partial eclipse lasted about two hours, this was taken early on....

    Possibly over exposed a bit, as the sun spot detail has all but gone...

    The next partial is in about 18 months or so I am led to believe, and next total is in 70 odd years. I am not holding any hopes to see that...

            G'day mate

            Yep - very hard to get a 'real good' pic of the event so this one will have to keep you happy for the next 70 yrs till the full one
