Interesting fungi, you wonder where they come from. I assume they are parasitic.

Well photo'd, as they tend to live in the darker corners of the woods...

Thanks Mark. Some are parasitic, some are symbiotic but most of these were growing on dead wood.

It was rather dark. I would normally use a tripod but drove to the start of the track and forgot the tripod.
