  • Surprise encounter

    I had walked right up to this large carpet python before I saw it entwined in the grass. It must have been at least a couple of metres long. I couldn't get a clear shot of more of it because of the grass.

    Also a surprise because I didn't expect to see any snake out and about in our winter weather.

    Excellent shot Alan. Does blend in pretty well to it's surroundings.
    Fujifilm X-T5, XF16-80 f/4, XF70-300 f/4-5.6, XF23 f/2, XF35 f/2, XF150-600 f/5.6-8, and a random assortment of 35mm film cameras.
