      Nice shots eaglem. The colour looks unusual - the ones around here usually have yellow/orange patches on their legs; this one looks purplish.

        Yes these have purple and grey legs and can grow quite large if the Birds don't eat them

          Looks different to ours skinny and dark. Well captured with lots of detail will have to have a look I have a few.
          Better a full bottle in front of me
          than a full frontal lobotomy.

            Yes I think there is a big variety of species in the Orb Weaver family.

          Excellent shots. I prefer the composition of the first, the second needs more space below the spider.
          Fujifilm X-T5, XF16-80 f/4, XF70-300 f/4-5.6, XF23 f/2, XF35 f/2, XF150-600 f/5.6-8, and a random assortment of 35mm film cameras.
