It does make a difference. Better than 2 or 4 i would agree.
Better a full bottle in front of me

It's a rule that's been broken many times I would suggest. They are a big beautiful flower and really brighten up the garden.

Beautiful shot.

Good detail and colour Isac but the vertical angle in the fence is slightly annoying.
Both rule of thirds an rule of three are both guidelines more than rules, so yes - meant to be broken.
