Prune soon!

Leaves will soon be gone. Hand me the secateurs Cecil.

Hey Cecil, tell Hans you can't find the secateurs and that he should leave the tree alone - it's lovely and the colours are stunning.

You are old enough to remember that gardening show! This tree was mangled down to will it ever go again by cows twice and has a bit of shape after pruning the last two years. As it is supposed to give a bit of shade to the herbs a bit more amputation is in order this winter.

In that case, start chopping!

I thought so when I saw that as well. The leaves had a translucent quality to it I was trying to capture.

Wonderful colours and light Hans. I think the second is my favourite.
