    Nice shot Isac but it seems to have a bit of a colour cast and perhaps lacks contrast.

      Thanks Alan. Contrast is easy to fix but what would you suggest to fix the colour cast?

    I could be way off here Isac, as I don't know what colour the flowers are, but this is what I have come up with. It still doesn't look quite right to me.

    I used a levels layer to remove the space in the histogram at either end of each colour, then a curves layer to brighten it slightly, then a colour balance layer to add a 20 to green and 28 to blue midtones.

    Just autocolour in Photoshop seems to improve it.

      Thanks for having a play Alan. The colours in the flowers are a white/cream to a yellow/orange. Very hard to get the perfect colours in this one so I'll leave it up to beholder.
      I rarely use levels any more as I much prefer curves adjustments - much more control and better results for colour correcting.
