G'day mate
Yep- nicely framed with good surrounding background - beaut rendition of the whites - just enough detail to make it another "beaudymate" shout

Good detail and exposure has captured the delicate tones well. Background contrasts well with flower without being distracting.

beautiful soft light. Classic art feeling captured. Look like a "Iceberg" rose. Mine a starting to look a bit ragged but there are still quite a few buds opening. It will soon be time to go mad with the secateurs.Better a full bottle in front of me
than a full frontal lobotomy.

Very kind words Hans - appreciated. I just love the roses in our neighbourhood, there are so many. I don't know your skills with roses and pruning but this looks like good info: https://www.bhg.com/gardening/flower...pruning-roses/

Mine are climbers not in particularly good soil but I feed it during winter and spring gives me an amazing display. I have two plants and towards the end of the season some of the compost comes alive and I have a pumpkin comming out of one planter and a prolific tomato in the other. The tomatoes I started from seed else where died as did my broadbeans. There must be a god!
