    Yeah mate - someone's gotta get some new specs ... probably me coz it don't look very grassy to me
    However as a closeup of a nice flower, it carries very delicate tones esp in the whites, and I do like the central mauve bits of the flower

      Beautiful colours Kevin. You're right that they can be called a grass but they are actually a Dietes Plant or Wild Iris sometimes called the fairy Iris or butterfly grass.

        See a few locally (country NSW as well) I like the green stalks next to the flower as well it describes it more fully.
        Better a full bottle in front of me
        than a full frontal lobotomy.
