      They are all fabulous Greg. We had a massive wattle tree on our block when we built some years ago but it had to go unfortunately - I would have loved to move it and keep it but was impossible to do that.

        Thanks I love it when the wattles start to bloom. I tend to take a lot of shots of them and then later have to cull most of them out as they are too similar to others I have.

        This little walk is right in the town of Latrobe and is great for bird-life. It was devastated by floods two years ago but the rehabilitation done by the council and community volunteers has been great.

        10 min. drive from home which suits me fine!

          How pleasant and rewarding that walk must be. Just starting to note our wattle is showing a hint of colour.
          Better a full bottle in front of me
          than a full frontal lobotomy.
