        The Callistamon you mention is a bottle brush. I would be more inclined to think it is a wax leaf privet.
        Better a full bottle in front of me
        than a full frontal lobotomy.

          I just checked out pages of the Wax Leaf Privets but couldn't find one with flowers like this but it could be a species.
