After the rain

The flooding rains have gone leaving a green carpet..

Wow that was wet!
You'll have leprechauns leaping around the paddocks soon.. has that HDR look about it.

not surprising the HDR look it was three pictures 2 stops apart. Only problem was i hand held the camera for the three pictures. Below is one worked on from a single picture taken from the center exposure of the three.


Quite a different feel about it. the top picture would have been better if taken on a tripod. it was a look see as I am not fond of the HDR but there was a huge range of light. .

Wow Hans what a difference rain makes.
Not sure if I prefer the 3 image overlay or the single image. Both capture it well I think.

Yeah Hans, go to agree with all above. Beautiful light rays. Single shot for me.

I lean towards the single shot. Might later have another go it looks a little garish to me.
