Nature shots with the Tamron 18-400

#1 - Dragon Fly on a stump.

#2 - Dragonfly on the wood-chips.

#3 - Gnarly tree trunk taken from ground level.

Difficult with a background like that, but certainly sharp enough.

Should be a very usefull lens. I am sure you will have some great pictures from it.

Saves you having to get up close to the subject.

Thanks chaps. The BG was crappy but I'm happy with the sharpness. I had the front of the lens about 50cm from the dragonfly at 400mm, so very impressed. It's equivalent to 640mm on my APS-C sensor.
