lace monitor checking me out

saw this lace monitor on the prowl last week. was a bit skittish and ran up a tree, but later was coming down but it stopped again when it saw me

d4 200-500 f5.6 @500mm 1/125 f5.6 iso1600 full frame
got a few closer pix, but this seemed to have nicest b/g.
we saw it again the following day with a big bulge in the belly.
clearly found something to eat.
