Thanks eaglem. It's been worth the wait. I only have 6 bushes but a good variety and 5 of them are very fragrant. I quite often see people walking past slow down just to "smell the roses". We always have plenty of bees around because of our Little Gem Magnolias - they're like a drive through Maccas for the bees!

Lovely roses. It will soon be an end to my Iceberg climber. On its third set of blooms a frost will mark the end and I will get busy with the shears and await the pleasure of spring. As for bees I have a humongous rosemary bush with a swarm of bees in it all day.

Thanks HansE. We pulled out all of our rosemary because it was using all the water and our other plants and trees were dying off. The bees are still here though! When your Icebergs return, we expect to see photos. It's a great challenge to get good tones and detail in a white rose. I know you will accept the challenge
