  • Into the Inferno

    I took these shots of a Day Lilly backlight by the sun not long after I got my first DSLR (Nikon D3100)
    A friend mentioned at the time that they looked like "lost Souls looking into the inferno"

        Cheers Mick and Isac. I have tried to take similar shots on occasions, but these original ones are still my favourites, even though I didn't know what I was doing back then. I guess I am still winging it, but was lucky that time

            I like how you have used the dark areas of the flower to frame those leading lines of the stamens.
            Very fiery indeed.
