Colourful Christmas Gift.

As we hosted yet another Christmas this year, some of our wonderful guests brought a little something when they weren't meant to bring a thing! (It was a bit too hot for chocolates)

A lovely display. I love fresh flowers in the house but in our climate they don't last long in summer.

Thanks all, they were very colourful indeed and it helps when the arranging is all done for you. P Plates, cut the stems at 45º, keep the flowers cool with a spray or two during the day and change the water daily to prevent bacteria which is the main destroyer of cut flowers.

Yes do that - think it's more a case of leaving the house locked up during the hot days. Now that I'm home more might try again - air con is now on a lot more often.
