This one with the D7000 and Tamron 16-300mm @210mm f/8 1/1600 400 ISO Auto Focus Continuous. Happy with that as Bella is fast



and a couple of recent ones with the Nikon 70-210mm on the D90

Good focus and sharp Alan. The 16-300 seems to be as good as the Nikon lens. What's your thoughts on that - as you are closer to the action to be able to compare?

#1 looks really sharp. You're certainly getting good results with this lens.

Thanks everyone. It's good at around 200mm but I'm still struggling to get it sharp at 300mm
