Was able to get quite close to this fellow and captured it with a 55mm lens.

Yes, thanks Charles, there are 8 I think in the waterways at the Arboretum where I spend one day a week. Hard to count as they have a tendancy to dissappear underwater and re-appear somewhere else. Never quite sure whetherit's the same one or not.

Great capture of this elusive creature. We went looking for them when up at Eungella in January but didn't manage to see any this time - have previously.
