Not sure of the ID. Similar to a couple I found on the web.

This one must have been recovering from the rain we had the night before as it showed no interest in flying away.

Nice colouring. Not surprising that it's a little washed out on the port wing.

Never seen one of these before either, only seem to get the very common ones around here. Nice shot. I would have thought that being almost parallel to the sensor you would have got the same detail across all his wings.

Gabby, the wings weren't laying flat so I had to move around a bit to get the eyes and the iridescence right. A slight change in angle and the iridescence vanished.
