That gives a link which opens ok when you click on it.

I find the easiest way is to do as Riddick mentioned. Use the paper in the clip on the top rhs side of the dialog box. It will then give you the option of uploading attachment in a box bottom left. Click on that and you should be able to select from your files. Just ensure the longest side of any image is no bigger than 1024. After selecting the image, it should load under the 'upload attachment' box. and in blue will be the words 'upload upload image delete'. Click on the word 'image' and it should upload. Then click post. (That was a bit longer winded than planned)!
