Captured this a while back on the Fitzroy river. Trolling through the archives at present looking for hidden treasure because the local roads are all flooded and I can't get out of town. Call me Mr Grumpy!

Great shot. He's a very different colour to the one and only adult I've seen. Guess they grow their irridescent feathers as they age. I do like his pinkish legs.
