  • Red-kneed Dotterel

    Found this fella playing in the shallows.

    Whites are a bit hot here and there but found it difficult to control at time of capture and in pp.

    I note there's a bright area (twig?) on the rhs that could do with some attention. Why these things only become apparent straight after posting an image is beyond me. I'll get to it later.

    Nice colour scheme on a pretty bird. Bit red kneed and dottery myself at times!

              Thank you Charles. Getting down low is almost compulsory in this type of situation. I was lucky enough to have lovely soft sand available.
