It does look like a long exposure shot of the sea Phil. Beautiful colours, particularly in the sky and clouds, and a graceful tree in the foreground. -

Looks like an Isac Wall Hanger to me Phil. Quite a remarkable scene and very well captured. You know I would enhance it all to give it some oomph!
