Well only a two hour drive south will get us there. Mayfield Gardens the largest cool climate gardens in Australia. It wasn't all that cool either. No birds in this lot!

Super set HansE. I love the lilies, and the pile of stones (bridge).

I spoke to my sister in Chittaway Bay last night. She said the weather was glorious. No need to think of us in the UK, with snow, e=rain and gales this week,,,,,,,

Beautiful collection Hans.My favourites here are:
    • #3 - it looks like a painting, although I probably would have cropped out the flower on the right border
    • #9 - the composition, bridge and reflections.

Thanks Alan I like the fact that you never know what you are going to finish up with but you will get something you like when you go to a place like this.

Beautiful shots. Looks like a nice place to spend some time just wandering around.
    Fujifilm X-T5, XF16-80 f/4, XF70-300 f/4-5.6, XF23 f/2, XF35 f/2, XF150-600 f/5.6-8, and a random assortment of 35mm film cameras.

Looks like my reply was rejected. I will do another. Thanks David . I am sure we would do it more often if it didn't require a four hour drive. You can very easily spend a couple of hours wandering about and they have a reasonable cafe for a bite to eat I think it cost about $10 a picture not counting the photo gear.

True Would have ordered a R5II 2 months ago had they been in stock. Hard to spend another $6500 on the photos I take Off to Sri Lanka and Southern India to get a few shots there on the old gear to lower the cost per image
