Morning seascapes

Some shots from my trip North about a month ago.

1. A bit different taken with the 500mm lens


2. Creek mouth at low tide


3. A bit of grass on the beach


4. Edge of the mangroves

Another interesting set. The sea colour in the first shot looks odd, it must a trick of the light.

The sandy ones have great texture...

Thanks Mark. That first shot is just before sunrise with a bank of cloud lit by the about to rise sun. Lifting shadows has given the colour to the sea.

I spent an hour or so wandering around trying to capture the curves and texture of the sand but didn't manage to get any images I really liked, except #2.

That gives a good feel for that area. I like the colours in the first image it indicates the colour palette at that time with the low sun.

Thanks David. I tried for a number of shots of similar areas, but this was the only one that worked.
