    The sun was shining today...

    And I still see blue!
Great lot of clouds and plenty to explore.
Better a full bottle in front of me
    than a full frontal lobotomy.

Beautiful panorama Mark. Personally for me a bit too much saturation in the blues but not a big deal.

Fair comment. Just with the blue sky and blue sea...

        Another attempt...

Beautiful scenery. I think I prefer the first version. Its saturated but its not overboard.

My original comment wasn't meant as a critisism just that there was a lot of blue. However since you modified it it went a little muddy just lifted the levels a bit on the modified image. Click image for larger version

Yes but in this case it was an easy step which put a bit of white back in the cloud and lifted the curve at the same time and only took a couple of seconds.

My 2 Bob's worth. This is how I would colour correct the scene.

Thanks both. Those clouds really stand out now...

That peninsular on the left has a railway line on it. Just amazing scenery from it....The land far right, is Worm's Head, at the end of the Gower....

Cheers Mark. It's just the way I like to do colour corecting when there's a strong colour cast. Thanks for the extra info about the railway - all interestiung stuff.

I prefer your original version Mark, and the colours, although saturated, look fine to me. The next two versions look too dark. Isac has brought out the texture in the clouds nicely.

Thanks all for CC. I think these sea shots always come out a bit blue, especially as the sky was that colour too. I liked Isac version better than my original one. Hey ho, always learning...

I agree with Alan's thoughts that it's a bit dark, so made somne adjustments. If you want the PSD, let me know.
