The lake is now officially a skate park with ducks and water gone until the next rains. It will develop some green cover between now and then.

Quite interesting to document the change of an environment over the seasons. Nice shots Isac.

Thanks David. In March 2023 it was bone dry with lovely green coverage across the whole basin area. It was filled during an overnight rain storm on 30th March. It was a huge surprise to see the difference 1 day can make. It didn't take long for the ducks to arrive.

#2 - After the overnight rain: taken on 31st March.

That water disappeared quickly Isac. I think perhaps we might have stolen it.

You've certainly had your share over East mate. I hope we get some soon. We normally do in March, so here's hoping.
