  • Paperbark lined creek

I just came across this while cleaning up old images and thought it worth posting. I have a number of images from here but this is my favourite

    Nikon D80, Sigma 10-20mm f/4 @ 10mm. 1/15 f/8 ISO 200. Single image cropped.

Looks very similar to our local lake Alan so I can understand your comments about your image. Lovely shot with great colours and POV.

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

Thanks Isac. It's a small creek in a local conservation park and only flows after a lot of rain.

Similar occurrence to what happens at our small lake. Sometimes completely dried up and then, like now, after much rain, the whole area explodes with wonderful new picturesque scenes. I'm so lucky to live where I do.

Particularly like the detail in the background. I wonder if my paperbark picture was taken in the same place in northern NSW

That's a nice shot of a beautiful location.

    G'day Alan

What a beautiful + peaceful image ... 11/10 - and definitely one for the lounge-room wall too
ps- don't put it into the little-room as you will never get the current resident out when you wanna-go ...
