    G'day Hans

If you're still there, make sure that you do the Sunrise boat tour of the Yellow Waters creeks / lagoons

Raced through did not enjoy it. Should have done the tour. Sweating doing nothing sitting in the shade. Hated National park centers, big air conditioned centers full of staff and camping grounds with overflowing bins. One place in the park wanted $6 for a drop toilet no water no bin. What a pleasure to do the highways in NT and WA. Rented a Mercedes camper were not allowed to take it off the tar. We were tolg the camping part would self destruct. Also had tracking device which would ensure a $300 charge. Going over 110kph would do the same. That was no problem as I sat mostly between 92 and 99 kph and got 9l/100km excellent economy. Enjoyed the trip as Kakadu was pushed into the background. Some nice pics to follow.

Looks like a nice area. Really like that first one. Nice set.

Nice raptor shot in #1. Looks like a great place for birds. Spectacular flowers in #4. Sealed roads only is very limiting but very common in rental vehicles. Many interesting places are accessible by good unsealed roads.

May have to go and do it differently. In the mean time there are lots of interesting places in the world.

It was the humidity in Kakadu that got me. Only wanted to leave.

Similar to North Queensland. That's why Perth is home.
