  • Down on the bay

Went for an early drive down to Wellington Point this morning. The clouds looked interesting.

Yes interesting. I find another picture in there with the couple walking the sandbar. cropping out the dark part and using ROT
Better a full bottle in front of me
    than a full frontal lobotomy.

Thanks Hans and eaglem. I should have taken a standard zoom as well as the 14-24 as it was too wide really. I’ll try that crop.

    G'day Alan

And I see a wonderful pano in there as well ... with the horizon in the middle of the pano !

As the others have said, lose the dark part and it'll look even better. Nice shot.
    Fujifilm X-T5, XF16-80 f/4, XF70-300 f/4-5.6, XF23 f/2, XF35 f/2, XF150-600 f/5.6-8, and a random assortment of 35mm film cameras.

Thanks. I was tossing up whether to crop that off or not.

To me it's a stunning shot and nice and wide giving it good scale. I'm like the others about the shadow on the sand, so I had a play and removed it and adjusted the sky for more unified colour.

My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

Thanks Isac, that does look better. I have done some work on the sky since I posted it to lighten the clouds and sky a little.
