  • The approaching storm

    G'day all

Storm clouds are rapidly approaching, the light is getting darker and the wind has begun to howl

Beautiful shot. Really like that old weathered fence.
    Fujifilm X-T5, XF16-80 f/4, XF70-300 f/4-5.6, XF23 f/2, XF35 f/2, XF150-600 f/5.6-8, and a random assortment of 35mm film cameras.

Yes like the fence as well. Not in the hills above Bellingen?

Good one Phil. Hard to get the exposure right for sky and foreground. Just an idea, but bracketing could be the go and then blend in Elements.

You can look up tutorials for Photomerge Compose in Elements. Might be a new fun challenge.

Wow, some cloud formation. Don't suppose the brolly was of any use in high winds...:-)

Well I suppose it looked a bit like that at the Fitzroy River but it came with one big wash of water, no Fitzroy River Bridge now.

Hi Mark .... no it would not have worked -- as the storm hit, the motorhome was rocking like a bucking-bronco for a good 5-minutes

Impressive clouds Phil and the fence in the foreground is a nice touch.
