I took the camera with me on one of my morning walks. I have just restarted these after a break of a month or so. I try to do at least three each week, varying between two routes. This one is about 6.5km, gains about 130m in elevation and takes about 80 minutes return.
All with the Nikon D800 and the Nikkor 14-24 f/2.8 lens.
1. Nearing the end of a park several blocks from home. This is about fifteen minutes into the walk
2. Across two roads and into another park and the start of the track up the hill. This mostly follows a small creek.
3. One of the bridges across the creek. It only runs after rain
4. In the creek further up the hill
5. Another bridge and still going up
6. Nearing the top - a walkway across a steep slope. This is past the steepest section and is fairly flat where I can recover my breath. Return is back the same way and almost all downhill.
