  • It is a tinderbox

Most of California is going through serious drought this year (and over several years in the immediate past). One spark can ignite a fire sometimes destroying thousands of acres.

You have a similar landscape to ours and also many eucalyptus trees which can actually explode in a fire.
The state of Victoria, where I live, has had many bushfires, but none worse than the black Saturday fires.

I agree 100% that climate change is real and it's been going on for millions of years. It's all to do with the Earth’s orbit around the sun. Simply put it will get hotter and it will get cooler. In the grand scheme of things, there's not much we can do about it.

I agree with you there but some of it can also be due to humans.

I agree about the humans contribution but it is minuscule compared to the power and size of the sun. We are very good at adapting to climate so humans will survive for a long time no doubt - unless Putin presses the button

Really like the light in these. Nice shots.
    Fujifilm X-T5, XF16-80 f/4, XF70-300 f/4-5.6, XF23 f/2, XF35 f/2, XF150-600 f/5.6-8, and a random assortment of 35mm film cameras.

Cheers. Guess this problem is not there in your neck of the woods.

It's been a little drier than usual but not quite California dry.
