I feel that there is not enough emphasis on a centre of interest in this image. Something should be more prominent in the composition. The shadows are probably a bit deep as well. Never mind the water pipes concentrate on your pictures.
Better a full bottle in front of me
than a full frontal lobotomy.

I agree with Hans but it has potential with just a few adjustments. It's a great scene to show us how it is Phil.
I think this is what Hans is talking about.
